The Temp was started by students Mydia Alonso and Tyra Brown at Temple University in 2019. Now it’s a course within the journalism department, with broadcasts airing on TUTV.
The Temp focuses on social, lifestyle, and political issues and hopes to set itself apart from traditional news shows.
